As discussed, the facility is an oil distillation plant located in the United Arab Emirates, designed to process 10000 metric tons of petroleum oils per month. The facility consists of fully automated batch distillation columns with a 100% DCS control system. All utility systems, including compressors, nitrogen plants, thermal fluid systems, cooling towers, and loading/ unloading facilities with a
