We are seeking a customer - focused and detail - oriented Call Centre Agent in Dubai, JLT to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and/ or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, problem - solving ability, and the ability to
