A Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in an Engineering Safety Consulting Office certified by the Saudi Civil Defense, and with direct experience in dealing with Civil Defense is required. The candidate must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers and have experience in safety plans, fire - fighting, and alarm systems. A valid Saudi driving license is required
